Monthly KIRTAN Chanting Session – In Memory of Lost Loved Ones

Join Dr. Sandra Sluberski as she begins her fourth year leading the monthly Kirtan Chanting sessions at Mythic Treasures! This occurs on the 2nd Friday of every monthg. All you need to bring are an open heart and a willing voice – but if you’d enjoy adding to the session, bring small hand percussion too! Because this month’s Kirtan falls on 9/11, our theme will be chanting to honor our lost loved ones. Lyric sheets will be supplied, and you can choose to sit on chair or floor mats: provided for you! This event is FREE & open to the public, but donations are always welcome. Plenty of free parking & handicap accessible.

Our Six Senses SOUND BATH

Join us for a deeply relaxing wellness event know as a Sound Bath, which is a unique wellness experience.  Sound Baths allow the listener to be enveloped in waves of beautiful tones from a wide variety of instruments and mantras which might be unfamiliar to most people in Western culture. This program can be experienced lying down or seated.  If possible, attendees are asked to bring their own yoga mats, blankets, pillows and eye coverings.  Chairs will be provided for those who wish to remain seated.  Please bring a blanket, throw or other comfort clothing you might need to stay warm, cozy and relaxed for this program. 

Dr. Sandra Sluberski is charter faculty for Sound School, training and certifying students to become Sound Practitioners for deep healing through sound, an E-RYT500 yoga instructor, and author of "Taking Myths to the Mat.  www.sbsyogaworx.com
