We all need a break for good mental and physical health, so I'm taking the month of July off from teaching to travel and work with my husband Dave on projects that we've got lined up. The library programs WILL still take place, but all yoga classes will take a break and will resume on August 1st.

For Adults: A sound bath is a unique wellness experience which allows
the listener to be enveloped in waves of beautiful tones from a wide
variety of instruments that aren’t familiar to most people in our
Western culture. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and
eye covering – feel free to bring extra blankets for a softer surface,
since most sound bath participants prefer to stretch out on the floor
and close their eyes for this unique event. Dr. Sandra Boysen Sluberski
will guide you through the instruments, so you’ll know what to expect!
Program Accessibility: If you need accommodations due to a disability
(e.g., sign language interpretation, closed captions, etc.) so that you can
participate in any of our library's programs or events, please complete a
request for disability accommodation or speak to a PPL staff member at
(585) 340-8720 at least one week prior to the event. A staff member
will reach out to you to confirm arrangements.
