WEST RUSH SILKIES
Sandra and her flock of Silkie hens & roosters offer programs in libraries in person, allowing attendees to pet & play with these gentle friendly birds! The programs are: Backyard Chicken Keeping, tailored to each town's Code laws, and Chicken Storytime, in which hundreds of children have discovered the fun of hearing illustrated chicken storybooks come alive with the presence of Silkie chickens - who are bathed & wear cute colorful chicken diapers for these programs!
SBS YOGAWORX
In addition to her voice work, Sandra is a 500-hour registered yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance, and teaches yoga and yoga-related workshops online through Lifted Lotus/Online Yoga Studio with the Yoga & Ayurveda Center, where she received her 200- and 300-hour training from master teacher Steph Ball-Mitchell.

KIRTAN
Sandra trained with Mike Cohen, founder of he Kirtan Leader Institute, and offers in-person Kirtan chanting events. This is a style of call-and-response singing & chanting which began in the 6th century and has gained a huge following in the US in the 21st century.
